Truth Dare by Laura Ross Greiner

Posted: November 8, 2010 in Christianity, Reviews

I just finished reading Truth Dare by Laura Ross Greiner. I received this book free to review. I say that because this is not the type of book that I would normally finding myself reading. I generally read more theologically minded books. With that being said, I found that I enjoyed this book much more than I expected. As someone who is normally thinking about theological things, I tend to forget about the human side of how God works. This book is basically a series of stories showing how God has worked in the lives of everyday people. It reminded me of how God works in the simple and miraculous aspects of everyday life. It has challenged me to pay attention to how God is working all around me. If you like stories of how God is still showing Himself today, this is a book for you. The faith of other Christians and the power of God are things we should never get tired of reading about.
